The Wilhemsburg quarter of the city of Hamburg will house the Germany VELUX Model Home 2020. When its renovation is complete in 2010, a semi-detached house from the 1950s will emerge as an energy-efficient house with much more daylight and a healthy indoor climate.
The house will be energy-renovated by utilising daylight and natural ventilation to improve indoor climate while making the building climate-friendly.
Completion planned for Q4 2010.
