Testing and monitoring
The testing and monitoring of the Model Home 2020 experiments will be part of an overall initiative where each of the experiments around Europe will provide data to be collated, reviewed and reported.
The houses will be open to the public for 6-12 months after completion, after which there will follow a 12 month period with test families in residence. After that the houses will be sold below the market price.
In return, we will continue to monitor the experiments with the new residents in order to learn how the buildings perform in real life conditions. |
