VELUX LUMOS – the Graduate Programme

VELUX LUMOS™ is the VELUX Group’s international graduate programme for ambitious and internationally oriented talents who want to work with technology and production or sales.

We provide you with the framework you need to make the most of your individual talent. And we hope that you have what it takes to earn a future in leadership. But we do not make any promises. In fact, it is all up to you to turn your potential into results, and your results into a career.
 Career in production or sales?
The VELUX Group is growing fast. To ensure that our strategies and ambitions are turned into products and processes, we are looking for energetic employees who want to help us set new standards for energy-efficient solutions.

We are recruiting 9 candidates from Russia, Hungary, Slovakia, Poland and Denmark, and if you are accepted on the programme, you can look forward to 18 months of extensive learning and coaching – and feel the thrill of being part of a dedicated team of specialists.
​Lift-off on February 1st 2012
Starting out in your home country, you will be on an 18-month schedule and get to work at three different VELUX Companies or production facilities, of which at least one will be abroad.

You can look forward to receiving valuable on-the-job-training, but you will also join the other 18 graduates for intensive training in the beginning of each of your job rotations. Application deadline is exceeded.

Today we employ around 10,000 people in the VELUX Group worldwide. 2,600 of them work in Denmark.
