Sustainability Report 2022

We want to be transparent about our contribution to a more equal, greener future. We do this by publishing an annual sustainability report.

Since 2011, we have published an annual sustainability report with comprehensive information about our company and how we seek to reduce our negative social and environmental impact.

The 2022 Sustainability Report outlines the progress we have made two years into our decade of action.

We started construction of the ‘Living Places’ project in Copenhagen. The project shows how low carbon housing can be built at standard market cost. In 2022, it was verified that the concept has a carbon footprint three times smaller than a typical Danish home.

In 2022, a new packaging material made of responsibly sourced paper and cardboard was implemented for 98% of all standard residential windows sold in Europe.

We have laid the foundation for our future work with our new Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) policy. This policy provides a shared understanding of DEI to guide decisions and actions, while assigning accountability. The policy will be fully implemented in 2023.

We have enabled two solar plants in southern Spain, contributing to our goal to reduce our scope 1 and 2 emissions by 100% by 2030.
