Making our workplaces healthier places

We will set targets for making sure our workspaces become healthier with daylight and fresh air, either when we renovate or build new workspaces.

Healthy workspace

After our homes, we spend the next largest part of our lives at work. It is paramount that we provide comfortable and healthy workspaces.

With our 2030 sustainability targets, we continue to protect the interests and well-being of our employees, by promoting a diverse, inclusive, safe and healthy workplace. By setting new and ambitious targets for our employees' health and well-being we want to do even better in ensuring that our employees have the proper working conditions to perform, also in the long run.

Natural light in the workplace

In a global study from 2015, one in three people said that the design of an office would affect their decision to work for a company. It also showed that natural light is the most sought-after element within the workplace, despite an astonishing 47 percent of workers saying that they have no natural light at all in their work environment.
