This workroom made it possible to install two bottom-operated roof windows, which gives a fantastic panoramic view. Sloping windows are installed just below the bottom-operated roof windows to stretch the view all the way to the floor. Even from the desk, there are great views and a direct connection with the outside space. The white-painted finish reflects the light back into the room and the flying pleated blinds can be adjusted to screen the sun or provide privacy.

Bringing the outside in

A nice, big roof window in white-painted finish provides this upper-storey home office with abundant natural light and ventilation – the perfect recipe for a focused, productive workday. The window also has a VELUX pleated blind, which filters the light and provides privacy when required.

Double your light

For even more daylight, this workroom has windows installed in pairs. The white maintenance-free VELUX roof windows brighten the room and require no paint or repairs, but may occasionally be wiped with a soft damp cloth.
