The maintenance-free GVK rooflight with integrated flashing is designed for not insulated, unheated spaces. The small rooflight with an access opening of 410 x 550 mm is ideal for attics or loft storage areas where there is a need for access to the roof by builders, chimney sweeps and other craftsmen.

For installation in roofs with a pitch of 20°- 65°.

    With three notches on the handle, the window can be secured in three ventilation positions, 5°, 15° and 30. As standard the rooflight is side-hung with a left-side handle. Hinges and handle can be moved to the other side prior to installation

    Integrated universal flashings for both flat and profiled roofing material up to 6 cm high. NB: Not for use with standing seam metal roofs. Available in black or brick red
