Pane warning

If you are concerned that you may have a window with a glazing unit at risk and would like to check, please follow the link to our dedicated product warning web pages. The instructions there will help you determine if your windows glazing unit is at risk. Since cold weather is a known factor in increasing the risk of breakage, please exercise care when opening the window to read codes and, where possible, try to avoid doing so if the weather is unusually cold. If it is not possible to get the codes safely or if the glass is broken, please provide approximate size of window only.
