Helena’s journey with the VELUX Group began in 1996, working in customer service in the Czech Republic. Driven by her desire to learn and grow, she gradually expanded her responsibilities, moving into sales and developing an international career across several new areas. She has maintained a consistent thread throughout her work with business development, strengthening both her international perspective and her commercial skill set over time.

In 2004, Helena moved to Denmark to join the VELUX headquarters, where she contributed to major trade marketing projects and developed her commercial expertise. By 2017, Helena embraced a new challenge as Key Account Manager for VELUX Denmark. Stepping into a customer‑facing role meant learning Danish – not just the language, but also the culture and connections that come with it. Today, Helena partners with professional builders and dealers across Denmark, strengthening relationships and driving business growth.

Helena’s story reflects curiosity, courage, and a willingness to embrace change, qualities that continue to shape her work today. Whether it’s taking on a new career challenge or running her first half marathon, she believes that saying yes to new experiences can lead to a dynamic and fulfilling journey.
