Who we are
The VELUX Group purpose, to create well-being for people and planet by transforming spaces with daylight and fresh air, reflects both our ambition to improve indoor environments and our commitment to sustainability. While staying true to this purpose, the VELUX Group has grown over time into one of the world’s leading building material companies, operating in 37 countries.
Our name itself combines “VE” for ventilation and “LUX” for light, symbolizing the essence of what we deliver. We measure success through the eyes of those we serve – that includes employees.
