Lars Petersson

CEO

Lars Petersson is the CEO of VELUX Group. In 2022, he joined the VELUX Group from his previous position as CEO of Hempel A/S.

Lars has held several top management positions in global building materials manufacturing companies such as Inwido and Tarkett.

In addition to his leadership experience, Lars has an M.Sc. in industrial engineering and management from Chalmers University of Technology, plus an M.Sc. in mechanics from École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne and he has also studied sales and marketing at the University of Lausanne.

Anders Götzsche

EVP and CFO

Anders Götzsche is Executive Vice President and CFO of the VELUX Group. Anders is responsible for Finance, IT & Digital Enablement, Business Services, Internal Audit, Procurement, Ethics and Compliance, and Strategy and M&A. Anders joined VELUX in April 2022 from a position as EVP and CFO at Lundbeck A/S.

Anders has extensive leadership experience and strong competence in mergers and acquisitions, and strategy implementation. Anders has an MSc in Business Economics and Auditing from Syddansk Universitet and is also a state-authorised public accountant.

Tina Mayn

EVP Products & Innovation

Tina Mayn is Executive Vice President for Products & Innovation in the VELUX GROUP, which includes Innovation, Research & Development and the VELUX Product Programme. She joined VELUX in 2018 from a position as Executive Vice President of Research and Development, Product Portfolio and Global Marketing at Nilfisk. Tina is a member of the board of Tarkett.

Tina has extensive leadership experience within product management, product development, innovation, procurement and change management. Tina has an MBA from The European Institute of Purchasing Management (EIPM) in France.

Niklas Dyg

EVP Strategy & Sales Development

Niklas Dyg is Executive Vice President for Strategy & Sales Development at the VELUX Group. He is responsible for corporate strategy, executive support, M&A, and global pricing, as well as the development of practices, tools, and platforms for both sales and customer service. He also leads the Global eCommerce business unit for VELUX.

Niklas joined VELUX in 2022 from a position as Associate Partner at McKinsey & Co. Prior to that, he held several senior leadership roles at TDC Group, namely as VP Strategy, SVP Products & Marketing, and SVP/Chief Commercial Officer in TDC Business.

Earlier in his career, Niklas worked in management consulting, leading global teams across strategy and commercial transformation projects. He holds an MSc in Business Administration and Philosophy from Copenhagen Business School.

Iben Schmidt Helbirk

EVP People & Organisation

Iben Schmidt Helbirk is Executive Vice President for People & Organisation in the VELUX Group., including Corporate Communication. Iben is responsible for the global people agenda and the development of the organisation to support the realisation of the strategy.

Iben joined VELUX in 2018 from a position as Corporate Vice President of People & Communication at Novo Nordisk Engineering. Iben has extensive experience within bridging business and HR strategies to ensure continuous organisational development. Iben has a M.Sc. in International Marketing & Management from Copenhagen Business School in Denmark.

Raffaella Berardo

EVP Region Southwest Europe

Raffaella Berardo is Executive Vice President for Sales Region Southwest Europe in the VELUX Group. Raffaella is responsible for driving growth and strengthening the region, contributing to the overall success of the business.

Raffaella joined VELUX in 2025 and brings nearly 30 years of experience from multinational companies, with a broad background in Marketing, Sales, and General Management across both B2B and B2C environments.

Anders Dam Vestergaard

EVP Region North-East Europe, NA & APAC

Anders Dam Vestergaard is Executive Vice President for Sales Region North-East Europe, NA & APAC in the VELUX Group. Anders joined VELUX in 2018, from a position as Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing in Fertin Pharma and before this has held various commercial and senior leadership roles in FMCG and Biotech.

Anders holds a MSc in Management Accounting and Strategy from Aarhus University, and has extensive experience working with sales and marketing in leading customer centric companies with a strong focus on strategy and execution.

Barnabas Szabo

EVP Operations & Supply

Barnabas is Executive Vice President for Operations & Supply in the VELUX Group. Barnabas is responsible for developing and leading this team to strengthen competitiveness, relevancy and value for partners and customers.

Barnabas joined VELUX in 2024 from a position as Executive Vice President and Head of Global Operations – Lighting Business Group at international automotive supplier HELLA GmbH (part of Forvia since 2022), where he was responsible for a worldwide network of 15 plants in three regions.

He has strong management and leadership capabilities and experience across the full value chain of operations, including developing manufacturing facilities, commercial and operational activities, large-scale deployment of automation and digitalisation, and system optimisation. He is educated as a mechanical engineer from Óbudai University of Budapest.
